The Yellow River (黄河)
The train ride to Hua Mountain (华山) in Shaanxi Province (陕西). It was my first real standing experience on Chinese trains. It's just a normal hard seat train but once all the seats are gone they sell "no seat" (无坐) tickets. People just stand in the aisle or wherever they can find space. This last image is the view down the center walkway. The craziest part is they still come through with the food carts to sell things. I was stuck standing in front of these two twins for a while so I occupied myself with taking pictures. Luckily after two ours the family got off and we snagged their seats.
