We walked through the Heidelberg Project in Detroit.
We continued North to Ann Arbor and stayed a night with an old college roommate of mine. We caught up over a few beers at Grizzly Peak Brewing Co., and afterwards strolled back through the serenity of a late night snow. However it was only a matter of time before snowballs started whizzing through the air, replacing serenity with youthful joys.
The next morning we drove into detroit to have a look around and check out Slows Barbeque.
Where we camped.
Cleveland
I accompanied two of my longtime friends on a road trip to Chicago. We zig-zagged our way across the midwest meeting up with a few friends along the way. We woke up with the sun on the Eastern part of Ohio after a late night of driving. We then proceeded to meander our way up to Akron where we had connections. After living in Ohio for four years I grew to love the state, but I also love making fun of it. So to my two friends who haven't spent much time there, yet were very curious, I probably sounded like the most pessimistic whinny kid ever, (appropriately I spent this leg of the journey in the back seat).
I am person who lives his life with a camera by his side. I have a strong affinity for China and Chinese culture, show great respect for the earth, and understand the value of a strong local community.
